Growth, Renewal, and Remembering A Springtime Ketamine Assisted Therapy Retreat
May 22-24th
In the quiet emergence of spring, we gather to tend what is ready to grow.
This two-night ketamine-assisted therapy retreat is an invitation into deep listening—to the body, to the psyche, and to the living intelligence within you that knows how to heal. Held at the beautiful, home-like 9 Mountain Retreat Center in the Berkshires, this retreat offers a supportive container for restoration, insight, and meaningful change.
Like seeds beneath the forest floor, we each carry within us a living potential—sometimes dormant, sometimes waiting for conditions that feel safe and nourishing enough to begin. Spring reminds us that growth does not require force, only the right environment. This retreat is designed to help create those conditions.
What to Expect
-Two Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) journeys, thoughtfully spaced and carefully supported
-Complementary and integrative practices led by our skilled facilitator team. Our approach weaves together trauma-informed and embodied modalities, including: Internal Family Systems (IFS); Sensorimotor Psychotherapy; EMDR; Yoga and mindful movement; Voice and other expressive practices.
-Opportunities for both one-on-one and group healing work
-Wholesome, nourishing meals
-Spacious time for rest, reflection, and integration within a peaceful natural setting
Our Shared Intention
We hold a central truth as we do this work together: We have all emerged from one great source. When we slow down and listen deeply enough inside, we remember our interconnection—with our bodies, with one another, and with the living world around us.
Seeds know how to wait. Some wait a season. Some, astonishingly, wait thousands of years—alive with possibility—until the moment comes when growth is finally possible.
This retreat is not about forcing change. It is about honoring what has been waiting. It is about listening for the quiet signal that says: now is the time. Together, the practices offered in our time together support gentle opening, emotional processing, and the integration of insight into lived experience.
Who This Retreat Is For
This experience is for those who feel called toward healing, renewal, and reconnection—whether you are navigating a life transition, tending old wounds, or sensing the stirrings of something new within you that wants space to emerge. No prior experience with ketamine or psychedelic work is required. All journeys are held within a structured, therapeutic, and carefully supported framework.
To support emotional safety for everyone, this retreat isn’t suitable for those currently experiencing psychosis or significant psychiatric instability. People with trauma histories are absolutely welcome. At the same time, this gathering is not designed for working with recent or overwhelming trauma memories. If you are hoping to engage in trauma processing, we would be glad to talk with you about settings that can offer the depth of support that work requires.
