Reawaken: Return to Vitality
A Ketamine Assisted Therapy Retreat
Spring is in the air…Are you ready to come alive?
There are moments in life when something within us begins to stir — a quiet knowing that we are meant to live more fully, more openly, more in contact with what is alive inside us. And yet many of us have learned to move carefully through our days, protecting ourselves from disappointment, from vulnerability, from the intensity of feeling deeply.
This retreat is an invitation to gently loosen those protections and rediscover what it means to be fully here. To focus on allowing the natural unfolding of our true selves.
Held in the season of spring, when the natural world reminds us that growth emerges from dormancy, this retreat centers on awakening, on coming back into relationship with joy, vitality, and possibility. Through ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and reflective and expressive practices held in community we create space to explore what wants to open.

Who This Retreat Is For
This experience is for those who feel called toward healing, renewal, and reconnection—whether you are navigating a life transition, tending wounds, or sensing the stirrings of something new within you that wants space to emerge. No prior experience with ketamine or psychedelic work is required. All journeys are held within a structured, therapeutic, and carefully supported framework. To support emotional safety for everyone, this retreat isn’t suitable for those currently experiencing psychosis or significant psychiatric instability. People with trauma histories are absolutely welcome. At the same time, this gathering is not designed for working with recent or overwhelming trauma memories. If you are hoping to engage in trauma processing, we would be glad to talk with you about settings that can offer the depth of support that work requires.
