October 17-18 | Arlington, MAHomecoming: Descent and Return Retreat
What to Expect
Homecoming: Descent & Return
By mid-October, the world has already begun its descent. The leaves have fallen, the days have shortened, and nature invites us inward. This retreat draws on the ancient myth of Inanna's journey into the underworld as a guide for our own movement toward wholeness.
Supported by two intramuscular (IM) ketamine-assisted psychotherapy journeys, contemplative practices, movement, ritual, and creative expression, we will explore the parts of ourselves that have been hidden, rejected, or left behind. Like Inanna, we descend not to conquer or fix what we find, but to witness it with compassion. In the myth, healing begins not through rescue, but through presence—a wisdom that also lies at the heart of deep therapeutic transformation.
As we return, we gather these once-exiled parts back into relationship, discovering that homecoming is not a return to who we were, but an embrace of all that we are. This weekend offers space to reconnect with yourself, cultivate self-compassion, and carry a deeper sense of wholeness into the season ahead.

Who This Retreat Is For
This experience is for individuals called toward healing, renewal, and reconnection—whether you are navigating a life transition, tending wounds, or sensing the stirrings of something new within you that wants space to emerge. No prior experience with ketamine or psychedelic work is required. All journeys are held within a structured, therapeutic, and carefully supported framework. To support emotional safety for everyone, this retreat isn’t suitable for those currently experiencing psychosis or significant psychiatric instability. People with trauma histories are absolutely welcome. At the same time, this gathering is not designed for working with recent or overwhelming trauma memories. If you are hoping to engage in trauma processing, we would be glad to talk with you about settings that can offer the depth of support that work requires.
